CANCELLATION
Please phone or text if you are running late on (m) 0400 284858. You must provide 48 hours notice for cancellations otherwise the Medicare rebate or a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
RATES

1 hour : $270 (approx. $120 after the Medicare rebate)

1.5 hours : $350 (approx. $200 after the Medicare rebate).

Professional Individual Supervision: $250/ hour

Couple Counselling: $270 /1 hour

Please note: The current rate recommended rate (APS and AAPI) for generalist psychological services for individuals is $330 to $340 for 40 -60 minutes. Clinical Psychology fees are higher due to a higher rebate.
In order to receive a Medicare rebate, you must be referred to a psychologist by an appropriate medical practitioner (GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician). The doctor must first make an assessment that you need the services of a psychologist. If you are already seeing a psychologist, you can transfer your remaining sessions, however it is recommended you have the new psychologist's name on the referral.
Eligible patients can generally receive up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year. Your referring doctor will assess your progress after the first six sessions.

MEDICARE INFORMATION
For clients accessing Medicare through the Better Access to Healthcare scheme:
1. Post 6 sessions a progress letter will be provided to your medical referrer with your consent to allow for a further 4 sessions under Medicare.
2. Once 10 sessions have been used in one calendar year (Jan to Dec), a new review from the referring medical professional will be required for the following year to access another 10 sessions.
