Relaxation No.1 takes you on an experience of soothing light and colour, relaxing your muscles and mind, then on to experience the calming serenity of nature.

Relaxation No.2 is for those with a less sensory imagination. It guides you down three levels until your body is so relaxed it feels completely motionless and at peace.
